Elsaraj Design was founded through years experience in web design and development. Elsaraj Design started in 2004 to help out the local community and went on to be employed by many companies specializing in web services. With years of services and dozens of sites built, it was time to incorporate Elsaraj Design.
Elsaraj Design was born out of the idea that you can always get more… more results in the same amount of time dedicated to the task, for the same amount of effort put into it by the developer, and for the same amount of money spent on it by the client, perhaps for even less. We worked on one site after another, e-commerce sites, secured sites, corporate CMS and more… and soon realized that not only is the customer being taken for a ride but the employees were too. This is the sole belief taught to every employee, associate or affiliate of Elsaraj Design.
MISSION STATEMENT
So after witnessing the continued exploitation of both customers and employees by management it was time to to call it a career working for someone else, and set out to prove that people should be treated fairly, affordably, and responsibly. It was time to create Elsaraj Design, a firm that is run in the most efficient, honest, and reliable manner, a firm that believes in charging people accordingly, and never trying out something at the customer’s expense. Elsaraj Design was created so that no one would get ripped off, no client we work for and no associate we work with.
THE COMPANY FOUNDATION
Over the years we have established a wide variety of contacts, from printing companies and hosting services to professionals in every field for all the sites we designed. All of our contacts through the years have provided us with a solid foundation for this company. These experts have given us the confidence so that we are able to provide our clients the right advice knowing that experts are by our side willing to offer their opinion and expertise so that everyone may benefit.
WHY ELSARAJ DESIGN?
We set out years ago to obtain all the knowledge necessary so that we may help people design and create their dream sites, for most business owners nowadays a website is considered to be the most important investment in their business. Thats why Elsaraj Design is registered and has been an active member of CIRA (The Canadian Internet Registry Association) to give clients the assurance that they are hiring web developers who are recognized by a Canadian Professional Authority and are responsible for thier work to a legal body.
We care a great deal about our clients’ financial well being and image representation, that’s why we make sure everything is done correctly from the first try. We offer the client different choices for site theme, and offer most of our services on specials. With permission, we purchase the hosting plan for the client and deal with site and email software so that the client has less people and headache to deal with. We offer clients a chance to meet with us prior to the start of design for consultation in the pre-design meeting for every project. We always leave our contact information so that if any details are missing or misunderstood we're made aware of it and are able to explain or fix it immediately to others at our own expense not our clients’ expense.
And sometimes due to the complexity of some projects, we employ other web firms to go over the work at our own expense to make sure that all security and corporate information being represented is accurate and solid against faults or attacks. And we make sure that everything is designed aesthetically and functioning perfectly. Because it’s the greatest feeling when your idea is designed, created and developed right - before your eyes.
